My experience with nutrition and holistic health began during my teenage years, growing up in an environment where healthy eating was part of everyday life. It has since developed over time thanks to my studies in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, years of personal experimentation, and the people I have helped improve their habits. This journey has led me to develop a practical and realistic approach, designed to work even when time is limited.
